Fulkerson & Associates, Inc. will inspect your cooling tower to determine if there is an opportunity for cooling tower improvements. Changes can be engineered using the latest materials and technology to provide cooling tower improvements and provide increases in cooling capacity. Changes to the structure may be necessary to extend the usable life of the cooling tower and avoid catastrophic failure or collapse of the tower. Our in-depth knowledge of cooling towers and all of their components coupled with our years of experience in designing, constructing and testing cooling towers gives us all the necessary tools to engineer successful cooling tower improvements and upgrades for your cooling towers.
The thermal capability of a cooling tower design can be modeled with our in-house software. Our programs have performance data for all of the fills commonly in use. These data were collected by Mr. Fulkerson from a state-of-the-art test facility located in Kansas City, MO. The proprietary software was written by Fulkerson. It will predict the thermal performance of counter-flow or cross-flow mechanical draft and natural draft cooling towers.
