Fulkerson & Associates, Inc. can provide you with a cooling tower design evaluation of the design of a new cooling tower which may have been submitted to you. This could also include suggested modifications to existing cooling towers. This cooling tower design evaluation can include both a thermal and structural investigation. You should make sure your cooling tower will perform as needed and is designed in accordance with the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) codes and standards.

The thermal capability of a cooling tower design can be modeled on our in-house software. Our programs have performance data for all of the fill material commonly in use. These data were collected by Mr. Fulkerson from a state-of the-art test facility located in Kansas City, MO. The software programs were written by Fulkerson. The software will predict the thermal performance of counter-flow and cross-flow mechanical draft towers and natural draft cooling towers.

The structural analysis programs used in our cooling tower design evaluation are purchased programs. Our structural engineers are Registered Professional Engineers, experienced with concrete, wood and fiberglass cooling towers. Our engineers are licensed in most states of the United States.
